I am in a service business, which is the only reason we use Ink & Thread - they truly understand what serving the customer is all about!! I also sing in a Gospel Quartet and even though our quartet does not have near the needs as the business does - we get the same great service. Finally - our quartet produces a benefit concert called We Care Concert. This is our third year and Ink & Thread has been a partner along side of us all three years with the same outstanding service. It is becoming rare to find a business with the owners working it. It is even more rare to find that all of the staff work the business as if they owned it!! Great job all around !!

I ordered 2 sweatshirts back in August and still have yet to receive them or a refund. I have…read moreemailed 6 times now and still no response. The only response I get from them when I call is "shipping and supply issues". Its now the end of December and still nothing. DO NOT USE THEM.
