The owner/repair guy trued my wheel in a red second, adjusted the brakes, and had me riding again after a meal of spaghetti and 2 glasses of wine at a nearby trattoria. Does cycling in Italy get any better? I don't think so! It's not crammed packed like some bike shops -- just a guy working his trade. But it's very cool.

We brought our own bikes to Italy to cycle around. Our first ride, pedal broke off... :-( so we…read moresearched for a bike repair place. We found Filofficona, near our hotel. We got help immediately, very friendly service, we got even a replace bike to cycle around in Firenze ! We were charged 20 euro, a very fair price in our opinion. The store itself is also very nice, with all these vintage italian race bikes. Anyway, 5 stars !!
