Terrible customer service. Tech support not available evenings, sundays, or bank holidays. My router went out and the tech support person tried to blame me, saying that the router could not have been faulty. They continued to tell me that i was at fault and would not consider that the router could have been at fault. An internet provider without 24 hour tech support is a joke. read more
