CHOCOLATE, CHOCOLATE, CHOCOLATE Across from Temecula's Promenade Mall, there's an incredible See's candies store. If you visited See's in the mall, you would notice this store is twice as big. Service here is lovely with shopkeepers like Story - she was the chocolate angel for the day. She smiles, exchanges pleasantries, and asks how she can help you. See's always gives you a free sample as you figure out what your little heart desires. WHAT'S ON THE MENU You can order solid chocolates, cream centered, brittles, and nuts & chews (generally caramel centered/toffee), in these forms: · Milk/Dark · Single pieces · Bars · Boxes (a few pieces or pounds) · Lollipops MY FAVORITES (SEE PHOTOS) I graduated from single pieces to milk chocolate pars: Butter Scotch Pecan Bar: Taste and texture resemble a pecan roll, but with two significant differences. The smooth milk chocolate bottom layer blends nicely with a rich butterscotch flavor reminiscent of restaurant quality or Mom's butterscotch pudding. Marshmallow Bar: Marshmallow is not over the top sweet with a vanilla honey flavor, paired with smooth chocolate and rich caramel. This bar drives your tongue crazy with a signature flavor profile that others try to replicate, but good luck. Bordeaux Bar: While the chocolate is good, the creamy filling is remarkable. Like the Bordeaux wine, this has a bold chocolate flavor for those who genuinely love milk chocolate. The entire bar: chocolate sprinkles, covering, and filling melt into a smooth, chocolatey morsel melting effortlessly on your tongue. Finally, I've visited See's Candies in multiple states (they are not in all states but show up in malls across the US during the holidays) and have never been disappointed.

Absolutely recommend Sees Candies. It was our first time here. If you ever come in & see Noemi working you're in for a DOUBLE TREAT. Not only the chocolate is delicious, her customer service is absolutely great!! We left with a huge smile on our faces. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

I see candy, lots and lots.

Great place to take guests and get free samples. Scotch Kiss Rules! If you spend some good amount of money, you might get extra samples. Our overseas visitors come here every trip to get gifts for friends to take home. I would like to take some home, too but my husband was there. :(. Maybe next time I will come on my own. Scotch Kiss FTW! Don't we all wish we lived closer to a See's???

Yes--as other reviews have stated, the cost may seem like a lot of the visit. If you love animals…read morethough or you want your kids to remember an experience, I would recommend the place. I enjoyed petting them and feeding the animals and being able to spend that time with the animals unlike in a crowded carnival style place that has a petting zoo. The staff who greeted us at the front were super sweet and friendly and playful too which makes the place feel just like another alternate world full of good, happy people. They have a little shop full of chocolates and when you enter, a staff member offers you a sample. She asked what we would like to try while kids received a milk chocolate with sprinkles on it. Because they're probably made with a lot of love and labor, the chocolates aren't cheap but not ridiculously overpriced either. I'm for sure the type though who would have spent a lot more on the chocolates if the tickets were cheaper but that's just me. I'm sure the ticket sales are better. A lot of people do walk out with purchasing any chocolate when I was there. I had fun looking at all of them though and deciding what I wanted. I will be back again when my children are a little older and it's a good excuse to stop by a winery while you're in the area.

Such a fun place! You can find lots of old-school, viral, and hard-to-find candy and toys here…read more It's probably a good thing I came without my kids, because I definitely would've spent way more. The chocolate-covered bacon looked interesting, and they also have NeeDohs, just at a much higher price. The ladies were very sweet and helpful. I'll try their store made goodies next time.

I appreciated the nostalgic candies, glass case with chocolate dipped cookies, fruit, etc. The $3 marshmallow wands came as either milk or dark and rivaled the $8 Disneyland ones. Both were delicious! I didn't get the baklava but they looked delicious & well crafted. Staff was helpful but I knew my faves. I got pre-bagged Dr Pepper Jelly Bellys and the by the pound Green apple and Very cherry since they didn't come in bags. The buy the pound were unfortunately quite stale but the flavor was still there. Bummer, I spent so much(!) Definitely take a look around, they have import Japanese gummis, the trending Peeling gummis, gifts and knickknacks from Archie McPhee like finger hands IYKYK. It was hard to maneuver with so many customers shopping but manageable. Great sugary energy & vibe! Haha Connected to the candy shop is the ice cream parlor with giant waffle cones. Yum!
