If you are looking for a unique ring here is the place to go. They are very patient as you pick out your jewelry and don't try to upsell you. They listen to what you are looking for and help you find just what your heart desires. Instead of upselling me on a product or service, she was very honest and advised that I actually discuss with the original maker/manufacturer of the ring (Brilliant Earth) since this was a ring that she had seem with similar issues many years in the past. Because it was more of a "manufacturer issue", a simple fix/rebending of the stone prongs would likely only be temporary, and that this ultimately wouldn't be a good long-term fix. She recommended that we actually get the stone reset (by the manufacturer, not her), and that she would help answer questions if needed. Very polite, professional, knowledgeable. Really appreciate her honesty and willingness to divert business elsewhere because it was the right thing to do. I went to another jeweler in the area just for my own research, and they offered to fix it with "no guarantees for how long it would last". Andrea was honest and I really appreciate that.

When I found one I liked, I asked if it could be made in yellow gold. She said she would check with the vendor and offered to clean my engagement ring so I could look at the bands with my clean ring. After a few minutes, she returned with my ring, and when I asked to try on another band, she told us she was now helping someone else and couldn't assist us further.This was surprising since she had been helping us the entire time up to that point.
