I would give 0 stars if I could. The DJ was incredibly rude, drunk (on the couples limited tab nonetheless) and didn't listen. He was given an itinerary of the night, but did he follow it? Absolutely not. He had to be interrupted to remember the mother son dance. He was also given a playlist of specific songs to play, and I don't think I heard any of them! We did get to hear the same Miley Cyrus song four times throughout the night though, we didn't ask for it but who cares I guess! The highlight was him playing his bass so loud the entire night you couldn't actually tell what song was playing! I personally couldn't recommend a DJ less, a Spotify playlist would do a much better job and won't run up the bride and grooms bar tab. Tootles! read more

We were lucky enough to get Edwin as our DJ for our wedding. Since he is in the radio business I felt very comfortable with him handling our music & sound. It was also a huge plus that he was familiar with our venue and had been the DJ there many times. He took away ALL my musical worries. We had very non-traditional music at our wedding. When we met with Edwin he was right on track with me and my husband but he gave us his opinions when he felt like we needed to be talked down from something too random. He also took all of our requests exactly as we made them but let us know he would play songs based on how the crowd felt. I wanted to walk down the aisle to Beyonce's XO but the song needed to be clipped and put back together and he did the whole thing for me. It was absolutely flawless. On the day of our rehearsal he planned to be at our venue to let us practice walking with our music. Then he called to let us know that he wouldn't make it because he felt like his sound system wasn't in good enough quality for the wedding the next day. So he spent his Friday at 5 pm driving TWO hours to get better equipment so our sound would be perfect. In my opinion, that is the most thoughtful thing a vendor could have done. He wanted us to have perfection so he sacrificed his own evening for us. That is beyond anything I could have imagined. Even on the wedding day when it got dark he noticed one of our decorations could use a little jazzing up so on his own he went to his car and grabbed some fancy lights to spruce it up. How cool is that!?! Not only did he go above and beyond his contractual duties he was also just genuinely a nice dude! I did not feel like we paid an astronomical amount for his services but he was well worth it plus more. Major Major Awesome DJ!! read more

We hired DJ "E-wrek" through a referral of another DJ in SB for our wedding. DJ Edwin and we clicked right away after our initial phone call. He is very knowledgable and very passionate about his job and music. His packages pricing are very reasonable and always willing to work with you about your ideas. We hired our photo booth through him as well and the set up was very easy. He event put in dance floor lighting (party lights) and purple uplighting around our venue when its time to party. His energy was great from the beginning when the wedding party did their entrance to the very last dance. Great MC all around. The online selection of songs are huge!!! He listened to our opinions and concerns and gave suggestions to our event timeline for the reception and even helped us picked out songs for the Anniversary dance. He always follow through and follow up with us to keep us on track between all the crazy planning. I would definitely hire him again if I am having another events in the SB area. I had no idea how much I would love having a Photo Booth at my wedding until I forgot to get a GuestBook for people to sign (whooops)! Luckily my Event Coordinator, Jessie Carroll, was like no problem! Hooked me up with Edwin and it ended up being the best decision ever! All my guests took so many photos and I got a copy of all the photos with our guest's messages. He has so many props for people to wear, stickers to put on the pictures and markers to really customize the Guest Book. Hands down best decision! read more

Having Edwin as our DJ was easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! He was super professional from the moment we first spoke on the phone, asking questions to get to know us as a couple and the vibe we were going for. We basically just provided him a list of ~5 songs for each part of the wedding (pre-ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dance) and he was able to run from there. And wow -- did he ever deliver! Every song, from the start of the wedding to the very last dance, was exactly what we wanted. The dance floor stayed packed with people the entire night.
