Set up phone meetings with John which he would never call and then when I would there was no answer. Emails would go unanswered for a time and when I needed something they would let things drop instead of contacting back. Then they switched their affiliation and never informed us. When Robin provided phone numbers for us to call the companies where the investments are, she provided incorrect phone numbers. I will be happier to not have to deal with them.

We are very disappointed with Andersen, because after spending all of this time (4 long meetings…read moreover multiple months) explaining what we wanted to do with our money and our goals for the future, EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE happened. We needed to be able to access our money quickly and to keep it safe because we are elderly. So, what did they do? They sold our life savings to E-Trade, which we could have done ourselves, and In 24 days our IRA lost over 7K! This happened when the stock market had reported its best quarter in over 20 years! And then when we wanted to get it out of E-Trade, they told us to do it ourselves! We could never get in touch with "Brianna", and when we did she told us she is not "in charge of" transferring our IRA from E-Trade. What??? What purpose do they serve, then? We were better off staying with Edward Jones. When they realized that we wanted to get all of our money out of E-Trade, they didn't know how to do it! And they stopped communicating with us altogether, with the exception of voice and email messages with "Brianna". This was a very expensive mistake. We were better off managing our money ourselves. We still do NOT have our transfer complete, and we have to go through so much paperwork that it's a good thing we don't need it right away. It hurts to lose that much money, but we learned our lesson, do NOT trust this company. I feel like we have been scammed.
