He went in depth with the response, citing cases and applicable laws regarding the laws affecting this matter. It was truly complete and I believe the response was approximately 15 pages. The judge had to review the factual response and it was irrefutable. The court agreed with Mr. Stivers response and ruled in my favor. My opinion is that the response Mr. Stivers submitted covered all legal bases, and provided other similar rulings in similar cases. I believe this was the difference between having a ruling in my favor and losing with a ruling not in my favor. Mr. Stivers is a highly competent attorney. A good lawyer isn't cheap, so you should know that you will be billed accordingly upon the first in-person meeting but its an overall investment into your end goal.
