I had requested installation of a front yard fence for my two dogs repair of a porch gate installation of a drive-through gate on an existing chain-link fence and repair of a man gate on existing chain-link fence. Let me say that the prior quote from another contractor I received would only do the new installation they would not repair the existing chain-link fence, but Danny stated he would install the new fence and do repairs to all the existing and when I say his quote was reasonable, it was beyond reasonable. He beat the other contractors bid by over 50% and remember the other contractor was not gonna do any of the other repairs. By the time he left from the project review, he had already called to have utilities marked, and I hadn't even awarded him the contract two days later I accepted his contract. The utilities had already come out and marked my yard, and I sent him my deposit on Friday on Monday. He contacted me and stated he would be out on Tuesday to my surprise. They showed up at 7 AM Tuesday morning. Got the post all set and lined up for the final mesh installation Wednesday morning at 7 AM. They came in and finished the job I don't know how you can get better customer service. Everything was repaired. Everything was installed and it was ready. Fantastic job nice looking fence. Great customer service no runaround if you want a fence installed regardless of the type this is the company that you need to work with. AMAZING. BONUS NOT ONLY DID THEY PICK UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND REMOVE ALL DEBRIS, BUT THEY HAULED AWAY SOME EXISTING SCRAP THAT I HAD. WHAT A WONDERFUL CREW.

By mid May we had several patches of weeds coming through the middle of the new gravel job. We paid a lot to have weeds coming through already and now having to pull or spray weed killer. I'd been experiencing electronic gate issues and there were no reliable automatic gate repairers in…read morethe entire city of New Orleans. Thankfully, this Baton Rouge-based Team has a day each week where they are in the city of New Orleans. I called and spoke with Kala. She was VERY pleasant and quickly gave a preliminary diagnosis of my gate issue over the phone. Next, she took my info and put me on their New Orleans schedule. Within 10 minutes, one of their techs called - Zach. He was equally polite and helpful. He immediately set up the plan to come to my home to diagnose the gate issues in person. He confirmed my address and also advised that he'd call a few minutes before the appointment time to let me know he was inbound. On the appointment day, Zach arrived as planned and introduced himself and his crew member. They worked efficiently at dismantling the hardware and resolving the gate issue. Because I had to leave, Zach called me at the end of the day to let me know the status of the repair. He advised that there would likely be two more appointments to completely resolve the gate issues. We scheduled the next appointment and then he left. When I returned home, I found that he had left the area neat and that he also reassembled the gate in the interim so that I could have limited gate use. On the second appointment, Zach corrected some preexisting issues as well as began to install the parts he ordered to repair the gate. As with the 1st appointment, he ended the day with leaving the area tidy. He advised that only one more appointment would be needed to finalize installation and placement of the electronic gate lock. On the third appointment, Alfred (one of the owners) was the lead person. He was professional and took the time to listen to me about concerns that I'd had with the gate. He checked Zach's work (which was impeccable) and also installed the gate lock. One other thing that I thought was top notch is that Alfred spray painted the repaired areas AND some places that were in need of a few sprays too. This gave the gate a professionally finished look. He also asked me to come out and test the newly installed equipment to ensure that the gate opened/closed to my satisfaction.
