Mel did multiple cross checks to ensure the length was even. She provided me tips on styling my hair, showed me what products she used. I never felt rushed, and she did ask if I was on a time crunch, which showed her level of care and respect for my schedule. She was also just a great human being! I will definitely be back.

The pricing seems inconsistent, with different people being charged different amounts, and I personally don't feel the service was worth what I paid. To make matters worse, my curls didn't even last the 35-minute drive home. I would save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I came into the salon today and i had an appointment with Alex hammers and I had four inches of natural hair growth and I had been coloring my hair black for the past year so u can only imagine how bad it looked brown with black on the bottom so I brought in a pic of what I wanted and Alex looked at it and she talked to me about the process and then she got to work, what an amazing hair stylist she explained the whole process as we kept going and I felt so comfortable in her chair by the time she was done my hair looked AMAZING!!! She did such a great job I was in shock she turned me from horrible to drop dead sexy!!! I have been going to Secrets Salon for almost a year now under Jessica's clientele. She always cuts my hair the perfect length and I appreciate how committed she is to making sure I'm happy with it. She is very fair in her prices and what she charges for each service. There was one time where I went in for a haircut and the client before me was taking longer than expected. Although I waited a bit longer than my appointment was scheduled for, Jessica made sure not to charge me for the service that day which I appreciated. I called the salon based on yelp reviews to schedule an appointment for cut and color. Taylor was "assigned" to me blind. She was professional and courteous. She listened, looked at the pictures I brought, explained all the color options in detail, their advantages and the maintenance schedules for each. She gave me a great hair cut and lobbed it off in stages, talking with me during the process to be sure we were on the same page. I went into to secrets salon for a standard cut and color. Taylor took me in a timely fashion, she was friendly and seemed to really enjoy what she does. She listened to exactly what i wanted and i left the salon feeling great. During my first visit Taylor had mentioned she also does hair extentions.
