It was a long day and Pat (Capt. America!), Pete and JF were excellent. I can't say enough about how conscientious they were, communicative, helpful & accommodating. Erich, the owner, even popped by to check in on us because he knew I was pregnant and coordinating a lot. The movers were so lovely, careful and gracious (we got them coffees and lunch and a little thank you tip). They were also really careful with our stuff and walls - they were quick to solve problems when our couch didn't fit in. Honestly, I do not know how we would have done this without their help. Worth every penny. Highly recommend!

And with the craziness with local building demands, they were able to keep most of the subs on track as well. They also kept the place tidy as we were still living in the house. Much appreciated and we love our new kitchen. Thanks guys.

I write this review after a week of packing and moving my late grandmother's estate which entailed many valuable & fragile antiques. Moving can be stressful for the customer and moving an estate, emotional. Derek & his team brought great energy, patience and outstanding work ethic. Our family has previous, and many recent, dealings with various moving companies, and we can attest that 99 North Movers is a cut above. Each step of the process was well communicated, planned and executed. They provided packing, sorting, moving, planning, storage & junk removal. So very helpful and set our minds at ease knowing our move was in capable hands. We highly recommend Derek & team at 99 North Movers.

The lady I dealt with was rude, curt, unhelpful and wanting to charge $95 just to come out to generate a quote AND also asking us to provide a credit card up front because they thought we were going to cheat them. One of our managers had contacted them, to inquire about a quote before I called and unfortunately he didn't have all of the information needed which is why I called and the same lady I got, went on and on and on of how difficult he was etc. Obviously if I'm calling you I have a problem, I don't want to hear YOU complain and nag about what YOU think is difficult. If customer service is too hard for you then don't do it. I just want an answer if you can help me or not. At the end they decided the job was too difficult.
