The only way to relocate is to seek court approval. All we want is a relocation approval and a fair parenting plan. So we hired Rebecca as our attorney to represent us in the court. She gathered all evidence and presented it to the judge during court hearing. She manage a well organized and systematical presentation to the judge during the court hearing. It was an excellent work. She managed to convinced the judge that the relocation is an excellent opportunity for the child to have a brighter future due to a better school and environment as well as a more variety of future jobs when she grow up. A few weeks after the court hearing, we received a court order approving our relocation as well as our parenting plan without any modification. Two weeks later, no follow-up. I gave up on them and moved on. My sister had a similiar experience but she got as far as scheduling an appointment with an attorney. On the way to the appointment, they called her to cancel. Seriously? Several other communication missteps and the firm just gave her a bad feeling so she moved on as well. Shame on this firm for having such poor customer service and zero attention to detail. They did nothing to instill confidence in them, no follow through and no attention to detail.
