I only had an hour and I made it count. The color tags are amazing the pricing is well done and most of the items I purchased were half off. The shop is clean and organized and the vibe is friendly and relaxed. the items include banana republic, gap, loft, ll bean, and Talbots to name a few. I shopped the summer sales rack first found two pairs of linen pants, &7.00 each. Then inside the store I had my husband scope out more goodies while I tried on. He found a a long sleeved Jean jumpsuit in light green got it for half off the price and paid $8.00. ll bean flannel and a baby 3 piece gift set. I'm going back when I have more time. I do not recommend this consignment shop, they are very dishonest, they kept my brand name items and told me they were donated even though they inspected them and accepted them, then all of a sudden they found things wrong with them! They actually kept my items for themselves! They sell a lot of crap there and they reject my items constantly or say they donate them without consulting me first! Thieves! read more

Consignment stores have two customer avenues - consignors and shoppers. I'm here to discuss my experience as a consignor. I called to inquire about their terms, I was instructed they had a 2 appointment structure to their consignor process. This was a first for me - I've worked as a consignor previously, both as providing and taking items -- and with higher quality/prices. So I informed them I was going to go immediately and drove there. They provided me a single, one-sided sheet of terms and set up an appointment for me. The young lady speaking to me read directly from the sheet and seemed reticent with her answers about specific product. There was another woman at a desk behind her who, when I asked if I could simply show a few products if only to see I was on the right path (again, because I could not get answers to basic questions) I was informed they did not have time. Do not actively waste people's time. It is unkind and unprofessional. To speak nothing of the woman at the desk's attitude who was feet from me, and did not make eye contact. I have since, in the time it took me to do this, found another consignment shop in an equal market. Unless you're local, I'd decline trying to sell through this shop. read more

If you're looking to buy, this is a great place. Clean, well stocked, and very good name brands. A little pricey, but you're also getting high end items at a good price. BUT, if you are looking to consign, that's a different story. I called and got an answering machine where I was instructed to call back at a later time. Um, ok? It's a small business and I'm sure they can get busy. I like supporting a small business though, so I gave them another try. But when I did get in touch with them I can confirm they want you to visit in person to sign their paperwork THEN schedule an appointment. I don't understand that one. I'm not about to make two trips to the store when I could make one. Seems like a lot of jumping through hoops.
