She gave us the codes and allowed us to make our selfs at home in a room until our main room was ready. The owner is very willing to work with her customers to make them feel as comfortable as possible and she puts a lot of passion into her building. We had a pretty old sinking bed, she replaced it for us, we had an incredibly noisy neighbor she allowed us to move rooms so we could sleep. Basically and concern you have she will address and find a way to make your stay as amazing as possible. There's nothing I have left to say other than this little hotel in Ponca is cheap and a little piece of heaven. Clean. Well kept. Cozy. Awesome owners who genuinely care. 5 Stars all the way

When we moved the chair in the room to sit by the window we found a discarded pair of underwear behind it. Otherwise the room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the A/C wasn't too loud. Even though we set the temperature, the A/C unit did it's own thing changing the temp. At one point in the night it dropped to 70 and it was set at 74 so we woke up very cold. But it was 75 and hot when we woke up in the morning. Front desk staff were efficient. I was disappointed that the M Club only served breakfast until 9am on a Sunday. It would have been nice to have it until 9:30am.

The room felt luxurious, stylish, and comfortable, but the bathroom really stole the show! The bathroom is huge and features a beautiful walk-in glass shower which is always a favorite of mine along with a bright vanity mirror and a built-in TV. What more could a girl ask for? Well... how about a heated toilet seat that also rinses your bottom?! This was my first time experiencing one, and I'm not ashamed to say it completely changed my hotel standards. Once you experience a warm toilet seat with a built-in rinse, there may be no going back! Downstairs, there's also a restaurant and bar that perfectly complements the upscale décor and atmosphere of the hotel. There's a pool on-site as well. The gym is a little on the small side, but with everything else this hotel offers, I can easily overlook that. Overall, The Warrior delivers comfort, luxury, personality, and an unforgettable bathroom experience. I'd absolutely stay here again!

The history and architecture of the property is beyond comparison to anything else. But the stay experience falls short after that. The problem with this property is the management. The entire staff is friendly and appears to want to provide you with good service but they've never been trained on how to do their job. From housekeeping, to service at the bar and restaurant, to simple upkeep of linens and the general property, this property should be a five star but it's a two star at best. Stay at any of the other travel hotels. You'll be much more satisfied. You'll get what you expect. This is a property in the Marriott Signature line that does not live up to what you expect from this brand. We will not return to this hotel.
