After thoroughly looking for photographers for over a month, we're glad that we discovered Melissa…read more She was extremely responsive and made herself quickly available to connect via video chat to discuss our options. We were hoping to get photos done before our son's 1st birthday and she was able to provide us with a great date/time option. We really lucked out. On the day of our shoot we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The drive to the studio was beautiful and worth it - we drove from over 30 minutes away. The studio was immaculate and ready to go for our time together. Her prep email was extremely detail oriented and let us know exactly what to expect. Once there we could easily see the setups and there was a perfect place for us to finish getting ready. Even though we brought most of our outfits she also offered an additional one for us to use and it photographed so lovely. Lastly, the cake smash session was literally the icing on the cake. She has a wonderful referral that made the most beautiful cake for us. Our custom banner was EXACTLY what we were looking for in terms of colors and vibe. She got our son to warm up, have fun, and capture his personality. Melissa's patience, professionalism, strong communication via email/text, and warmth was much appreciated as first time parents for our first shoot. We look forward to working with her again in the future!

We couldn't be more thankful and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for maternity photos!

Everything was easy breezy and we didn't even meet until close to the ceremony! And even though we only met once before the wedding weekend, The photographers were actually such a fun presence with us on our big day that they felt like friends we had known and invited as guests to our wedding! They had a great way of leading us into amazing shots and poses but still allowing for natural, organic interactions making beautiful candids. Her turnaround was so fast with all our photos, and she was incredibly patient as it took us WAY too long to make our selections for our photo book.
