I'm giving it 2 stars only because I haven't actually gotten chiropractic care from them, and I'm not one to blast a business without the full experience. For all I know, they have the magic touch and are miracle healers. However, first impressions mean a lot, and the pretentious attitude from the staff I spoke with suggests that they're interested in easy money over helping people in pain. My guess is they probably have a baseline of patients and don't feel like dealing with the new intake process very much.
