Although I'm olives skin and don't really need a tan, I also get in the tanning beds for about 7 mins. It really helps me warm up during the rainy gloomy days, which is most of the time where we live. But the red light therapy has been helping my contact dermatitis. I'm Highly allergic to almost everything so I noticed it goes away when I visit Seattle sun. Every person at the front desk has been personable. Including the brand new gals. Place is always clean when I visit. It's nice they supply robes if you go to more than one service. The only con I would say are the customers. Or maybe just one customer. My daughter told me about an incident where someone urinated in a trash can in the room. I guess they had to go so bad. I'm thinking a male, because no way would I be able to squat and not miss :0 I feel sorry for the gals who have to clean up the mess.

It's a $200 package that gets me a certain amount of whatever I choose (I'm doing the bronzer bed) and I get an even "cheaper" rate of the bronzer bed each time by being a member, which is $6 for the first month and $35 each additional month. Hence the $275 total. It's definitely a little pricey but I have very fair skin and only burn when I try to tan outside, so I wanted a natural looking tan to build leading up to my wedding and thus far I've been extremely happy with just the first few times of results. For the bronzer bed you go in it for up to 12 minutes. There are buttons to adjust fans to keep you extremely comfortable as well as music!! A really enjoyable experience. They also offer all the lotions and things you could possibly need to help maximize your tanning experience. (But again, can be a little pricey but it's because they are quality products). They obviously have other tanning services, this is just the one I can speak personally to.

I had only had one spray tan in the past, and the girl did an awesome job, but I didn't put enough effort into the before and after care to make sure it lasted as long as possible. This time, when I booked with Amy, I made sure to listen closely and take notes on what I needed to do before and after my spray tan. Amy and I had a quick phone call when I reached out about the appointment. I scheduled at least a month in advance, so I can't really speak to how easily you could get in last minute. I had no problems scheduling. Our phone call was super helpful. We went through all of the instructions and she gave me a lot of before care advice that I followed until my appointment. When it was finally appointment day, I went in for my spray tan! Amy was super welcoming and kind. She told me my skin looked good for the spray tan, which was music to my ears, because I had been doing all of her before care suggestions! We talked a bit about which spray tan option I would go for and what shade I wanted to achieve. We ended up deciding on a rapid tan option with a medium shade. I think I left it on for about 4-5 hours... Throughout my appointment, Amy was very respectful and friendly. She gave me product recommendations for body wash and sunscreen, which was super helpful! When the appointment ended, we realized it was raining outside. I didn't have an umbrella, so Amy offered to walk me out to my car with one of her umbrellas! It was one of the nicest things ever. She escorted me to my car and we said our goodbyes. She made it clear that I could reach out to her with any questions or concerns, which was super nice! After 4-5 hours, I took a shower and rinsed off (no soap). When I woke up the next day, I had an absolutely beautiful bronze glow! I truly was amazed by how gorgeous the color was. It got me extra excited for my trip. :) The spray tan lasted throughout the entirety of my trip, although it did fade a bit (which was inevitable because I was in the ocean quite a bit). When we packed up to come home, I still had a little bit of color on my body. I was surprised that it lasted that long! I know that it was due to the advice that Amy gave me for after care. As a tip: she only accepts cash so make sure you have that on hand. Don't worry though, she'll go through all of this with you before your appointment! Overall, I had a 10/10 experience with Amy and Simply Bronzed! I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you Amy!!!! :)
