Very reliable, very friendly. Used them on multiple occasions - always good performance. They also have more user-friendly online booking compared to some other services, and Lincoln wagon option that many other companies do not have - this is the option closest to luxurious sedan. They also respond very promptly to any changes or questions. Highly recommend. UPDATE: Keeping my review honest, changing from 5 stars to 4. Ordered a Luxury Sedan, and they brought a 16 passenger bus instead, since they could not make a sedan available. !6 passenger bus is hardly the same experience as a Luxury Sedan. This bus also damaged bushes on our driveway, since the driver failed to make a sufficiently wide turn when entering the driveway. This was not great. read more

Update 12/10/2024 - I am updating my review below from 1 star to 5 stars. The company's owner, Baktash, quickly reached out to me both via phone call and email to address the issue. The $16.35 was refunded to my credit card. I very much appreciate his quick communication and remedy of the situation. Outside of the issue described in detail below, I had a very good experience with Seattle STS Town Car. The booking process was straightforward on their website form and confirmation of the quote was a very quick process as well. On the day of travel, the driver was on time and called me at exactly 2:00am letting me know he had arrived. With some soft jazz music playing in the background, it was a safe and quiet drive to the airport. I would 100% recommend this car service company to anybody in need of reliable airport transportation, and plan to use their services again for future travel as well. Thank you Baktash and Seattle STS Town Car! ----------------- (12/9/2024) This is a review of Seattle STS Town Car's quote and payment operations. I booked transportation to SeaTac airport with Seattle STS Town Car for a 2:00am pick-up Wednesday 11/27/2024. I received and accepted the quote below Monday 10/14/2024: Flat rate = $95.00 STC Surcharge = 9.0% ($8.55) Estimated Total = $103.55 In this email, they also stated: "The rate below includes all fees, taxes, except gratuity for the chauffer and tolls." I received additional confirmation and reminder emails from them 10/14/2024 and 11/26/2024 - same breakdown as above, no mention of early/late fees. Imagine my surprise when I receive the payment receipt from them 11/27/2024 after being dropped off at the airport now showing an "Early/Late Fee (11:30pm-4:30am)" of $15.00. They also factored this new fee into the STC Surcharge as well: Flat rate = $95.00 STC Surcharge = 9.0% ($9.90) Early/Late Fee (11:30pm-4:30am) = $15.00 Total = $119.90 This is a shady hidden fee. Early/Late pick-up/drop-off fee policies aren't listed in the Terms section of their website. If this is something they would like to implement, it needs to be spelled out clearly in quotes and terms for the customers to agree to prior to booking (the same way their tipping procedure is for cash vs. auto 20% gratuity). I expect Seattle STS Town Car to refund me $16.35 from this total, otherwise I will be reporting them to both the Better Business Bureau and the City of Seattle. read more

Another great experience. Booked transportation from Princess cruise (Pier 91) to Airport. Company got back to me via email within a few hours to confirm booking. Our chauffeur, Ark, texted us the next morning (7:30am) to let us know he was at Pier and told us just to text him back when we were off the ship. We booked an 8:00am pick up since we used the Ship self walk-off service (7:30am). Walked off the Ship at 7:40am, went through passport check, then headed to Private Pick-up Area. Texted Ark our pick up area number and he was there within a few minutes. Super easy. Nice, smooth drive to airport. Ark is super friendly. Price is equivalent to ride share. Richard was incredibly helpful and patient with my numerous questions and concerns. We needed a pickup from SeaTac up to the Poulsbo & Suquamish area but wanted to avoid dealing with the ferry routes. A booking feature I appreciated were the text message updates. We received one regarding the vehicle details as well as from the driver to ensure the meet up goes smoothly. The SUV was clean and spacious. The driver was pleasant and polite. Booking with Seattle STS Town Car & Limo allowed us to ensure our staff arrived at their destination without any added stress or worry. Especially if the conditions were rainy/snowy. Go-to service for airport runs. They've been fantastic - 100% - about being on time to pick us up, absolutely flawless. They show up a little early, cars are comfortable and warm, and we're always at the airport on time. Return trips are a little bit less smooth. Sometimes it takes some minutes for them to meet us at SeaTac arrivals and we end up waiting for a few minutes outside. Haven't yet gotten to synchronous pickups, which would be lovely, especially in (brrr) winter. This may be an impossibly high bar to hit (since I regularly pick up people at SEA as well and I know just how much fun it is to loop, pull in, get yelled at, pull out slowly, see pickup folks in rear view mirror, loop, get stuck in traffic, finally pick up) but cold me can always dream. read more

We've used the airport service a few times now and I love it. It's more expensive than Uber/Lyft of course but it gives peace of mind as I've had too many instances of Uber cancelling a reserved ride on me before. They are always early when they arrive to pick us up, courteous and ready to go. For pickup from the airport, they text you and you just communicate that way and they arrive quickly and on time.
