What a fun experience! Mom and I decided to give this a go and we both were really happy with how the photos turned out! Right now they are only allowing one group at a time inside which I appreciated. After one group is done, they sanitize the high traffic touch spots on the various set pieces and all the employees wear masks. I believe there are 8 different sets with my favorites being the promenade scene holding the light post, the inverted saloon, and the seaside sand castle! Brittany R. guided us through the various poses and she was so kind and made the experience so much more comfortable and fun! I'm really glad we got her! With almost every "scene" you'll end up doing two different poses. You give the employee your cell phone so they take every photo using your phone as well as theirs. That way you have all the photos on your phone and then you can pick the ones you'd like to print out from theirs after you finish! After looking at all our photos, there is a slight learning curve to your body position. Also be mindful of making sure everyone in your group is doing the same thing (all looking away from camera or all looking at camera). Even with the employee guiding you on where to put your hands and feet, be mindful of your body position in general and try to keep everything at the same angle/in a straight line. I'm really happy with how the photos turned out, with just 2 photos looking just slightly 'off', one of my solo photos holding the make up chair, and the other was my moms body angle holding the 2 seat bike. Otherwise, the rest were great! This was a really enjoyable activity and great to do solo, with someone else, or as a family/group! It was $25 dollars for a group of two and that came with getting all the photos taken on your phone and then being able to print out an 8x10 of your favorite shot. They also offer additional printing options in smaller sizes like 5x7 for a little extra money if you want to print more out. Worth stopping by! read more

Cynthia, our hosted called me at about my scheduled time to remind me of the appointment while I walked in. they wanted me to choose 4 themes and in the four themes we had many photographs taken both with our phone and the host's phone. This way we can take photos later. I really appreciate Cynthia's patience when all of us adjusted to the inverted experience. This could be pricy (10 dollars per person) plus photos. I want to give this a higher review but given the hassle it took just to get our pictures; I have to give it 2 stars. Pros: the upside-down prop set up is really creative and a cool experience, especially with the addition of Seaside landmarks thrown in, such as the Prom. Staff were also very friendly, and the associate that helped us even let us take a picture with an additional background beyond the 4 that we originally picked. Cons: For reference, photos are supposed to be air dropped to the phone number you provide, and you can pay additional fees to have pictures printed there. I noticed in the time we were there that at least 2 other families had to come back because they did not receive one of the printed pictures they paid for. Then when we got home I realized our pictures were never air dropped. I called the first time and was asked to email them with the day/time we were there, what we were wearing, etc. so they could email them to us. I did, and about 4 more days went by with no response. I called a second time, and the associate who took our pictures was there so I could talk to him directly, but it still took a lot just to find the pictures (turned out they were in a "deleted" folder). Still haven't received the pictures yet. I realize this isn't the end of the world, and ultimately, we had fun while taking the pictures. I just think that if you're spending money on a product, it's fair to assume that you'll receive what you paid for. read more

I was so pleased with our family experience! I was nervous because I was not sure how my 3 year old would do but the staff did amazing at making it fun for all of us!
