This company ( parts department) is example of horrible service. We are expecting different consequences, when order something. Sometimes it doesn't fit. So I am faced with different part from them. I contacted and said it was different. This mirror cover is just $35 and shipping is $15. Just nothing. Answer was like " the part we sent was black". Come on :))guys make sure check parts , when you get from them. They felt i,m lying! This part goes to garbage, i think they won't refund me. I won't spend another $15 shipping fee. Stay away from them This guys are cheap. Shame on you

Went in today to work out a multicar trade in and purchase. Had no issue with the salesman Marvin. We werent going to agree on the condition or value of my trade ins as the numbers didnt make sense for either party. No big deal. The issue comes in when the used car sales manager Neil walks over and is dismissive and condecending like hes someone important. He says we're good implying hes fine with letting me walk away, again, no big deal. I asked Marvin who that guy was and what his name is. He said dont worry about it, i asked for his name and again Marvin said it doesnt matter. As i was walking towards the front door i saw this guy so i asked his name, he said his name is Neil and hes one of the used car sales managers. I said thank you and as i walked away he said have a good day and dragged the work day in a feminine voice followed by a derogatory gay slur. I turned and said excuse me, and he turned away and i walked out. Given that i know his dad (Mike, and a good guy) is the only reason he works there and has a managerial position it is pathetic he had to make that homophobic slur solely due to his interpretation of the wrap on my vehicle. This is business and while we can agree to disagree, Neil should be put behind a wall where he doesnt have to interact with customers because hes an embarassment to Mike and the Sears Imports company. I would stay far away from him!

Impeccable white glove service. I have been here a few times for scheduled maintenance since moving from Connecticut and their service is wonderful. They are great about explaining everything in detail that you will need whether it's a A or B Service. They even caught and notified me of a recall repair and took care of it on the spot. They also have loaner calls available if your car will be in maintenance for a few hours. If not, they have a great waiting area with coffee, snacks, and work stations to plug in and get a few things done. Awesome experience and we are actively looking to participate in their upgrade program or transition into another preowned vehicle.

Wonderful Saleswoman Sarah & 2 new clients!

I am not a customer at this bank, but he has been for many years. They normally do not charge a non-customer fee, which I would have willingly paid if that option had been offered to me. Instead, the banker, Antonio, almost did not cash the check at all, even though they have my information clearly in their banking system. He did not listen to my explanation either, and said I needed a power of attorney in order to do this in the future. He finally cashed it when I asked for Kyle, who we normally deal with, but who was apparently in a meeting, and I told him my home care client would be calling to discuss it with Kyle, which he did a few minutes later. I guess the "meeting" ended. They clearly do not value their customer base, with the exception of Kyle. I would keep my money in a mattress before using US Bank for myself. Incidentally, Antonio did not even have me endorse the check. Both rude and inefficient. He told me he was attempting to "protect me." Not sure from what.

I told him that the check would for sure clear they said it's not a matter of the check you deposited clearing it's just Bank policy there's no way around it. Clearly they only care about wealthy long-term customers and not lower-income new customers. I will be closing my account as soon as I get my funds. Thanks to them I will have to pay an additional $100 for rent

Love that they are a small…read morefamily business who is 100% heart and care deeply about the cars they sell and the customers who purchase them. They price their cars fairly and they encourage you to take to own mechanic for additional inspection. Even went the extra mile to work with us on our trade-in as well - that was a welcome surprise! Highly recommended. We will definitely reach out to the folks at 411CarLine again when in the market for another high-quality used car.

POTENTIAL BUYERS BEWARE!…read more We purchased a vehicle from Chris at 411Careline and thought we purchased a very clean, low mile reliable vehicle. Prior to purchase, Chris was very kind and non-pushy, which I appreciated. After test driving the vehicle we decided to purchase. After purchase we brought the vehicle to the Ford dealership for an oil change, it was then when we were made aware the car had multiple pending safety recalls - one recall was to prevent the car from starting on fire! These recalls were pending for over 3 years! We made the appointment to get the recall completed and during the appointment we were made aware that the recall was taking longer than normal because the car had a junkyard motor in it! Furthermore, the dealership gave us a list of items that were wrong due to the replacement engine being installed improperly. The dealership advised us that we would need to pay out of pocket to get the car back as the tech needed to fix issues before they could complete the recall safely. Here is a list of items the dealership noted wrong: * Found studs for exhaust mount to transmission missing * Transmission mount rubs on transfer case * Found starter shimmed away from transmission * Exhaust heat shield on body near sub frame loose * Transmission cooler tube bent and rubbing on trans case * Vehicle has junkyard motor installed (noted by all paint markings on engine) * Would require several more hours of tech time to piece together car and find all missing / wrong items This was 1 week after we took delivery of the car. I was shocked and felt taken advantage of. I immediately called Chris to notify him of my findings and told him we would like to return the car and was surprised when he told me he would have to contact an attorney to see "how to handle this". Chris told us multiple times they have their cars inspected by 3rd party mechanics prior to them listing for sale and swore all their cars are clean. Come to find out they pay a mechanic $30 to drive it around the block to make sure it is not leaking fluids and the brakes work. Chris told me he would get back to me, never once apologized or asked detailed questions about the dealership's findings - I knew we made a mistake at this point. It took Chris a week to get back to us, he then sent a long email telling us they will not take the car back as the laws in MN do not require them to do so. They do ask if you want a 3rd party mechanic to look over the car, at the buyers expense, but I felt comfortable buying from them and the fact they had it inspected before they sold it was good enough for us. What a mistake! I would suggest you skip this dealership as they clearly take on cars that have issues or have had issues in the past and are unwilling to make things right if they find out otherwise. Right now, we have a vehicle that has a motor with unknown miles and lots of issues that need to be fixed. If anyone is interested in more details, I am happy to provide documentation.

This review is for the Highland Bank in Minnetonka on Plymouth Road…read more So, let me just start by agreeing with one of the reoccurring points in many of the other reviews for Highland Bank's various locations (and this one too): They're a little behind the times. From a technology standpoint and as a consequence, from a banking standpoint in general. But in reality, this bank's product offering isn't much different than any other bank. There's free checking (with a minimum balance, direct deposit, or whatever), they have online banking, they have an app. I'm fairly certain that all of their online offerings are understandably 3rd-party systems that they likely just lease. But it's all there and it all works reasonably well. ATM access is comparable to most credit unions (though, they're not a credit union) as they use the same type of network that most of the smaller CUs use. They have very traditional operating hours. (the lobby is closed by 5:00 PM weekdays and not open on weekends) But the drive-up is open for a few hours on Saturday. But guess what? It's all part of what makes this a charming bank. Why does that matter? To some people, it probably doesn't. Some people may not want to step foot in a bank. Some people want to do everything on an app. I'm not one of those people. When I walk into this location to make a deposit to one of my accounts, I'm always greeted warmly and by name, and am thanked when I leave. It's something you may not appreciate when you're a busy 20-something. It never really mattered much to me until recently. Maybe receiving good customer service is an acquired taste -- I'm not sure. But the folks at his location are absolutely top-notch and as long as they're there to provide the excellent service I've received, I'm not going anywhere else. I've not used the lending side of Highland Bank yet, but fully expect the service to be just as professional and friendly as the teller side. If you're not being treated very well at your current bank, please visit the Highland Bank location in Minnetonka and speak to Laura or Debbie about opening an account.
