After looking online for a replacement for our garage door opener, I called our local Sears store to see if they had the model I wanted in stock. I spoke to an assoc. and he put our name on the item for me. When I arrived to pick it up, it wasn't the exactly the model I wanted. Thankfully I had written the item# on a piece of paper, with the online price. I showed it to the salesperson Becky and she went to the back to see if they had one. They had one in stock, Yay! It gets even better, when she rang up the sale it was $10 less than the online price. :-) I was very happy!! So if you are looking for something online, please go into this store and shop for it. I was so thankful I did. The staff there are always courteous and attentive and I always walk away happy when I purchase from there. read more

Small locale store with great customer service. Selection might not be the greatest, but they are always willing to order items for you. Available for pickup within a very reasonable amount of time. No need to driver to a larger town/Sears store. read more
