Our technician, Nick, from Superior HVAC came out and checked everything out. He told my husband he'd let him know what he found out as he wanted to look into some error codes he found. He contacted my husband that same evening. He came back a second time and was on the phone with the manufacturer of our AC unit. Originally I thought there would be a catch they come up with a free estimate and will find anything to say that there are termites on property but that was not the case," the guy was so honest and sincere about the property and he told me flat out, no termites no issues however he did offer me his services for future prevention, in which, I will consider since this is a great company!
