Paul was great everything else was a total frustrating mess to the point you had me in tears. I have had a a master maintenance plan for many years but now your system is impossible to navigate. I can't even begin to write the terrible service & things that have happened in this little space. Coincidentally a local repair place was on the street and saw your tech leaving after I declined the $575 repair bill. He asked what the problem was and I told him what your tech stated (without doing anything other than listen). The repairs were made for $178. the $250+ in parts only cost $71. instead of $250+ in labor it was $107. An absolute crime that you charge $575 for what cost me $178. and the diagnosis your tech made was wrong. And the fact that you bill for the parts individually despite the fact they come in a factory kit is just plain stealing. Never again. read more

Update #2: Another part was ordered and received roughly 2 weeks later. The newly received part is exactly the same as the part that I already had in my home-the part that the repairman claimed was a refrigerator ice maker. I now have two of these parts. GE assures me that the parts are, in fact, heat pumps for my dryer. So the previous repairman from A&E Factory Service (contracted by Sears to do repairs) apparently can not tell the difference between an ice maker and a heat pump. Given this fact, there is absolutely no chance that I would trust A&E Factory Service to install this part into my laundry machine. Nearly 5 months later, my dryer is still not working, and I have no scheduled appointment to install the heat pump. I give both A&E Factory Service and Sears 0 stars. If possible, I would give A&E negative stars. read more
