History
Established in 1987.
earch first opened for business in Glasgow in 1987 and moved south of the border in 2000. 30 years on, we are a nationwide business with 15 offices, a turnover in excess of £120 million and over 700 employees.
We have achieved our objective to take Search from being the leading recruitment consultancy in Scotland to a major UK player.
Our locations are strategically placed, multi-divisional operations providing complete coverage of the UK.
Meet the Business Owner: Richard V.
Richard Vickers became Chief Executive Officer at Search in September 2019. With over 20 years in the recruitment industry, he joins Search from his previous role with PageGroup North America. As Regional Managing Director there, he was responsible for shaping and growing Michael Page and Page Personnel business across the USA and Canada.
Having returned to his native Yorkshire, he is now leading Search through an exciting new chapter with expertise and passion for an industry he loves.
