I had my temporary insurance card, and they were not going to accept it. I saw the Doctor and then some tests, and looking in my ears, I had an infected eardrum on my left side and a scratch on my right-side inner canal that was causing the ringing in my ear and vertigo. I've been taking Tylenol and Aleve for the last week, and nothing is helping. I asked my doctor, and he would prescribe something for pain for a couple of days until the antibiotics kick in. His answer was no. I need to take Tylenol, which I'm doing, and use ice and a heating pad. I don't understand doctors.

I don't know what the problem with the clinic is now but everything rises and falls on leadership and apparently good leadership is not present at Farragut ENT. It's just been one frustration after another with them lately so I cannot recommend this clinic and would recommend folks go elsewhere like I am now doing to avoid extreme frustration.
