And, yes, I finally ended up spending the rest of the afternoon driving over to PAFB, for the quarters. I guess I won't be opening an account at the Marine Bank. The last "community" bank I had, almost fell all over themselves, to offer me service. But here, yeah, not so much.

They were supposed to auto renew it at the same interest rate just to find out that instead of going with the 4% they decided to switch it to .1% and then had the nerve to charge me four dollars to shut the CD down even though over the last three months it only made a dollar I will definitely be switching all my business from seacoast. Deposit Discrepancy - RESOLVED…read more Date of Incident: September 17 Location: Vero Beach Branch Subject: Deposit discrepancy and process integrity On September 17, I visited the Vero Beach branch to deposit $290. Unfortunately, the deposit slip was completed incorrectly, and only $190 was credited to my account. After discovering the discrepancy, I returned to the branch and met with the branch manager, who reviewed the available camera footage. The video confirmed the interaction but did not capture the teller's cash verification process and as the funds were counted outside of the camera's view(?).. The manager soon after reached out to me advising the overage was recovered and credited to my account. Thank you, to MidFlorida for respecting and responding to customer feedback. I wanted a preapproval to see if I would qualify to buy a condo that I had not even seen yet or made a decision whether to actually buy or not the mortgage person at Chase referred me to a group of realtors to help me look at condos to choose from and the one I chose contacted me and asked me if I could wait until the week after next because to look at the property I had seen online because he was going on vacation that next week! I told him somewhat could come along and buy it before he ever got back from his vacation and his wife proceeded to get on the phone with me as well about some various issues so I finally got tired of the nonsense and said I think we're done here and hung up. The mortgage person who gave me the approval constantly urged me to turn in a slew of documents within 24 hours blah blah blah blah and I had no intention of doing that until I actually found something that I wanted to buy the whole situation from start to finish was so negative for me that I have decided to leave Chase permanently But the employees near my condo above or fabulous all through my sign-up process last year to reestablish, checking and savings with them and we're very kind and respectful and helpful.

I normally go hoping to speak to Jennifer. Whenever she's not there, I'm disappointed and expect to deal with someone who is like the people I normally deal with in banks, but I always end up with a banker who surpasses my wildest expectations. I think Joan is the manager, and she's really great too. I don't know what Chase did, but they should do it in all of their locations. They're always happy to help, whether you have $15 or a million in your account (I assume they're equally happy to help the millionaires. I wouldn't know from personal experience). The ambience is wonderful. The building is one of the nicest bank buildings I've ever been in. I honestly don't know how this branch location happened. It's completely different from any bank I've ever been to. Ever. And I'm pretty old. If anyone tells you that banking isn't like it used to be, tell them that it isn't. At this Chase location, it's better than ever. If you don't have a Chase account, and you live anywhere near this location, close your bank account and open one with Chase here.
