They made our entire bridal party feel comfortable and we loved having them capture the little moments, the emotion, and the joy. We received our one minute highlight film THE NEXT DAY after our wedding. Need I say more. Devon understood exactly the vibe and feel I wanted and I was truly blown away when I first saw the video (and then rewatched it about 100 times). The film also showed three or more consecutive parts of the same family member,no consistancy just adding uneventful footages which were poor ad on clips.With an unleveled footage distribution giving one person or groups an unfair advantage in the entire film. And made a discriminate comment that the wedding film should not capture the groom and mom in their special dance ? He said that the bride did not smile at her dad during the dad and daughter dance and so therefore he did not use the footage and said that he thought that he should not use the footage from the mom and son dance,which inturn he said was beautiful ? I confronted Devon two months ago back on March 8th when my son sent me the link of the film which I thought was a rough sample,until we discussed the film and was told the link was the finished product this was of course discouraging and upsetting because of the quality.He then became hostile and made reference to comments I had never said.He also,unbeknownst to me passed the phone call to Rachel his girlfriend to speak with me, I explained that the film product is unpolished and aesthetically unfinished,he came back on the phone and went on to say that my son liked it ? Putting both my son and I at odds. Apparently my son and his wife did not see that this company applied the wrong name of the bride on the introduction page,again just another flawed issue. He said that my son has the original video and that if they post it to Youtube he can't do anything,I was truly discouraged and in tears from the product and the unprofessional customer relation.He said that he would make another video for me. Months came and went. I never heard or saw anything else from Mr. Devon.I reached out yesterday to speak to him,he called me back and said someone called his number.I said yes I did I am the mom of the groom from the wedding back on February 23rd ? I mentioned that it's been two months since he and I spoke regarding him making another film for me and the fact I never heard back or seen anything from him ? He entertained the topic with nothing more then canards and false delivery on his part and to the point of unwanted escalations instead of solutions and results.This company was obviously overbooked which resulted in an unfortunate sloppy edit of the existing film.
