A while back I spent three weeks in Australia and the food was a real highlight. I stayed at the Kingfisher over a long weekend and had a great time with people from all over the world. At their fine dining restaurant, I had a special with grilled emu and crocodile sashimi. The emu was wonderful, perfectly medium rare and more tender and flavorful than I expected.
