Worst barber ever!!! Got a descent cut the first time and the second cut was a train wreck. My wife asked me if the owner was drunk when he did me. Paid a whole lot of money for nothing and to make things worse he told me to come back later when I confronted him. I wound up paying another barber who took me right away and did a fantastic job for $18 plus $7 tip. At Sculpture I got a train wreck for $40. NEVER AGAIN! read more

I'm new in the area and looking for a new barber. I was cut by Soul? Saul? Sole? not sure. He was nice enough and the cut is good, I guess, but it's not what I asked for and I don't like it. I told him I liked the length on top and to clean it up on the sides and I feel like he didn't hear me at all, it's a different style and much shorter than my hair has been in years. I wasn't facing the mirror when he was doing it, so I didn't know what was happening until it was done. It'll grow back. read more

Thanks to fellow Yelpers - found this local spot for my son's haircut. Our stylist Nick was an absolute perfectionist. He cut my son's hair for over 45 minutes. The style was exactly as we requested and better! As my son's hair is growing out, the style is still very much on point. I would highly recommend Nick. The salon is nice, the have couches, two TVs with movies and in general it's pretty spacious and cozy. The only reason I'm taking a star off is due to covid following guidelines. Three out of four stylist were not masked up. Two out of of 4 four customers were not wearing masks either. This was during the winter shutdown and I thought that was pretty brazen. While I personally was OK with it, I am not sure that everyone is as comfortable. Rules are rules and should be followed for the common good. With that said, I would still come back. read more

I'm going to just say one thing about this place. John HOOKED IT UP! I've been growing my hair out long to get a kind of comb-over undercut thing happening. But I'm not really good at knowing what I want specifically, or how to communicate it. So I was nervous I wouldn't get what I wanted. I got there and (poorly) explained to John what I wanted...and I kept having to apologize for being vague or unsure of how I wanted it. Eventually, I just conceded and told him that I'm going to trust that he'll make the right decision on what looks best. He was totally understanding of my indecisiveness and assured me he will make it work for me. And he went WAY above and beyond my expectations. The conversation was good too - all-around good place, great vibe in there, and the shop looked clean and modern too. Overall, very very happy here. The hair cut I've been growing my hair out for months to get, I finally have and it turned out better than I even expected it to in my mind. Can't wait to go back. read more

I try and find this guy G everywhere he goes and he finally has his own shop here. I keep my head shaved as an undercut or Mohawk a lot of the time and he puts the most bad ass designs in my hair for me. So anyways I found his shop , and called last minute so I couldn't get In w him. My son was excited to get a design so we went to another barber. He did an amazing job on my sons head. Almost had my 1st haircut at Sculpture Barber Studio last week. Figured I tried them out because they were close to home. I called the day before and they gave me a 9AM appointment the following day. I got their 5 minutes before 9AM and they were still closed. Figured they did not open up until 9AM and I was their 1st appointment. Around 9:10AM someone showed up and unlocked their front door. I went in and the person knew my name saying that my barber stylist was on his way. This person then started work on another customer (which of course was fine with me). 5 minutes later he said my barber/stylist was just around the corner. 5 to 10 minutes later the 2nd barber stylist came in. Mine I presumed. He set up his chair and then promptly took another waiting person to do his hair. By this time it was pushing 9:30AM and it was apparent that it would be a while longer before they could take me. I decided to leave at that point because I had other appointments for the day. From what I saw, these guys probably do nice work. It was however very disturbing and disrespectful to me considering that I had a 9AM appointment, they were late, two other people were started before me, and there was never any apology or just a the simple courtesy of letting me know why he was late and when they would get to me. I realize that there are unforeseen circumstances that make everyone late at times, but a simple hello and sorry to keep you waiting would have been nice, particularly if you are the business owners/managers. Was looking for a barber shop near my place. This place is a very good find! The staff are nice and John who did my haircut did it so well. I just told him to trim a bit and little fade on the side and then the rest was up to him. So detailed. I also think the other staff are very skilled after I saw the final product on their customer's hair. I am very happy and this will definitely be my go to haircut place! read more
