Rude and RACIST staff member who claimed she was the manager refused to process our return. She was…read moretoo busy filling out her personal Christmas cards rather than working with customers. She then went on to yell at me and say "YOUR MASK AND THE MUSIC I CANT HEAR YOU!!!" While rolling her eyes. She then was like if you made a purchase on credit I can't help you. I said I have my receipt you're not wanting to help me. She then started saying well you look like you put on credit, most of y'all do! (Most of who? Colored people?) I was still trying to show her my order confirmation and the card I used and she told me " I'm not talking to you!" This is by far the rudest employee and person. I hope Oakley doesn't keep her employed much longer as this is extremely bad for business. I will continue to share my experience on ALL social media platforms until I am contacted by Oakley directly for an apology. The News media will also hear of this story as racism and rudeness is not tolerable.
