She chose a sitter that Had an elderly dog as well and it made me feel so much more comfortable. We had a meet and greet to make sure my dog was comfortable and he was friendly with other dogs. They got along great! So when it was time for our vacation Prince enjoyed his stay and met new friends. He was comfortable in a home with someone who gave him love and outside time and extra snuggles. I loved that Tara sent me photos and videos of Prince playing while on vacation. She sent me updates everyday and let me know that he made a BFF. She gave him his allergy medicine every morning and he was happy and healthy when we got him back. I will be using them again! This was a first time experience and I was nervous at first... It turned into a true blessing for us and our sweet Prince!

Michelle calmed those nerves when she called to talk about the process. Katy in St Pete took care of our kitties over a weekend and they were very happy when we came home. Everything was clean and organized as well. We'll definitely be using their services again when we can't get family to take care of them!

The owner and her staff left my dog in pain, bleeding and wobbling around on 3 legs, with bloodshot eyes FOR OVER FIVE HOURS WITHOUT notifying me! I would have picked him up immediately and taken him to the vet. They did nothing. The owner, Tonja, during a check in call (I called her) assured me that my dog was fine and that there was an incident but that both my dog, which was attacked at her dog daycare was fine, and that the other dog was the problem. Turns out, she wasn't even there. The fact that her staff could leave a dog bloody and with MORE THAN 5 PUNCTURE wounds AND IN OBVIOUS PAIN should tell you everything you need to know. And she vouched for her staff! The owner is a useless, lying heartless loser. Then the owner, Tonja, offered to pay for the vet bill. That was a surprise and I was grateful for her to try to make this right. She even sent me a text with a photo showing a check and said "It went in the post on Friday" - ha!!! TEN DAYS LATER, NO CHECK. At that point I said I was going to sue. And she responded, like the useless, liar that she is, saying that it was all my dog's fault and on and on and on. Nothing about this person is trustworthy or honest. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. Please contact me at dogbite2100 at gmail if you want to know how to get the city to take action against crappy business owners like Tonja at Downtown Doggie Daycare. If you love your pet, don't leave it in the hands of these heartless losers! My vet couldn't put in stitches because my dog's leg was so swollen -- bc the staff at this dog daycare left him like that for so long! THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE BUSINESS AND IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

She greets the staff with a smile and eagerly scampers back to play. Eagerly, as in, she practically knocks the door down. The Jtails crew are kind, friendly and caring and it's clear Daisy loves them as much as they love her. She is a high energy gal and they offer a safe, stimulating and fun environment so I bring home an exhausted dog at the end of the day -- exactly what I am looking for. They offer full and half day sessions as well as boarding which makes it incredibly convenient for my schedule. They also offer add on services like baths, nail trims; puzzles, training reinforcement, and more. I highly recommend Jtails for any dog parent on the hunt for exceptional care.

Really impressed and happy with this place! My dog has been to 4 different daycares (we've moved…read morearound) and this one is the most organized by far. The level of professionalism is unlike anything I've experienced in the past. They have an online client portal which is an absolute breeze to navigate. You can do anything & everything in the portal it's seriously amazing. Not only do they have live webcams where you can watch your dog play in different rooms (which I found hilariously entertaining) but they also include daily "report cards" for your dog each day with a bunch of pictures of them playing, a few adjectives that described them that day, and their "friends" they played with the most...how freaking cute is that?! Additionally, the staff has been really nice and on top of their shit. The first time I dropped my dog off they told me they would let me know how she was doing and sure enough a few hours later I got a text with an update and a photo of her playing. She has a heart condition so I always get a little nervous leaving her somewhere new and the fact that they followed up like that meant everything. So grateful to have found this place!
