When we walked in the door she should have said, hello I don't have anyone to help you but I could ask someone to call you. We looked a few sample books, but the young gal couldn't answer a question. As a business owner you should at least train your staff on the types of blinds and how to price them. IT isn't rocket science, to give a ball park figure on someone's measurements. I understand that the business would want to measure the window's themselves but at least someone could go to the price book, look at the on factor and price the blinds according to the customers sizes. We left and went somewhere else.

This took almost six months of calls with the owner and visits from the installers. I'm done calling them because I know they incompetent. I really don't know how they're still in business.
