He did, however , fail to inform me that at some point when he dealt with the court, it was communicated to him that I needed to take a diversion class as a condition of the case being dismissed (even when I asked him directly if it was required since I received calls from the company that I needed to enroll with) with minimal notice to enroll or else the case may become active again. When I received the email, I asked him when this became a requirement and that I didn't have the funds , and asked if I could get an extension, all I got in response was "i don't think they'll approve an extension, the case being dismissed is huge , find the money " Unfortunately, "finding" the money with less than a weeks notice is easier said than done and frustratingly now my case is active again , and unfortunately, he won't reply to any of my emails or texts .
