I thought you had to know these things, did not even know codes for an older homes electric, wanted a cover plate on a electrical code box inside the home that never had one anyway. Suggest that the inspectors be schooled better before they are allowed out and to train another person yet, just nuts. Never again will one of their people be allowed in anything I own.

Travis put his ladder at the attic access and climbed the ladder and stood on the ladder with a flashlight looking into the attic. When I asked about him entering the attic for inspection I was informed that he didn't go into the attic. I did purchase the house based on his "Good" inspection of the property. Now that I am now under contract with a buyer there are electrical and ductwork problems in the attic that have been discovered by a home inspector that did go through the attic. All inspectors do not inspect properties thoroughly.
