AWESOME COMPANY. Mike and his team. I would like to give a big shout out to Scotty's Carriage Works. I had an incident in a parking lot which they came out unloaded one trailer off of another took my load after the wreck trailer re-loaded it onto the first trailer then took the trailer and loaded it onto the second trailer to haul back home. All this took place in less than three hours. If you have not used Scotty's carriage Works give them a call they will do an awesome job for you. Thanks again guys very much appreciated Don Tr 678. read more

Terrible service. I called at 2 am to get a tow and they said it would be about 30 minutes before they could get to me. About 5 minutes later they called me back and said they didn't have a truck to come get me. I clearly woke him up and he just didn't want to get out of bed. Why have a towing service if you don't want to do the work??? I gave the lowest rating and that was more than I wanted to give because it wouldn't let me leave it blank. read more

I'm going to do you all a big favor, use anyone else but Scottys. Just because they come up first in the Google search does not mean you should use them. Do your homework. They made it impossible for me to get my vehicle from them for days. They repeatedly hung up on me, and anyone who called about getting my vehicle. After four days and over 500.00 dollars later, I got my car back from them. They are bottom feeders. There isn't a law against what they are doing either. You are at their money hungry mercy, or lack there of. Two thumbs way way down. read more

Be advised that I rarely give 5 stars, people just dont care about anything these days and they dont deserve 5 stars, however....my experience with this place was a good one. I dealt with 2 gentlemen from this business. They towed my car from Bethany to St. Joseph, MO to the auto dealership a few weeks ago. I was treated kindly and with respect, and in a very timely manner. The equipment they use is all top notch and professional. They went out of their way to help me out and make sure I got what I needed (ie hotel room, computer use, ect). I could not have been in better hands. I hope this message gets to the owner and he thanks the guys who helped me out. You people rock. read more

Extremely dissatisfied with this company and the way they treat their customers. If your bill is…read moreeven a little overdue, they immediately stop picking up without so much as a phone call, email, or notice. Instead of working with you to resolve the issue, they completely cut off service and then still expect you to pay for pickups that never even happened. That is beyond unprofessional and feels like a scam. When I called to try to work something out, the person who answered was rude, dismissive, and acted like they couldn't be bothered to deal with the situation. We weren't calling to argue--we were calling to come to a resolution that worked for everyone--but they clearly have no interest in customer service or accountability. On top of that, they don't even offer automatic payments in 2025. Seriously? Every legitimate business in this industry has modern billing options, yet they seem to be stuck decades behind. It just adds to the feeling that they don't care about making things easier for their customers. I'm honestly done with them. We'll most likely be going back to Rapid Removal, because at least they pick up when they're supposed to, they treat customers with respect, and they have clear contracts that hold both sides accountable. This company, on the other hand, acts like they can get away with anything--and that's exactly why they're losing business. Avoid the headache and go with someone else.

One thing that impressed me about both shops was the professionalism of their mechanics. Men who from wide experience (which is what results from serving farmers, who could roll up in you-never-know-what) take on a service request with the practical experience as well as a willingness to do what will meet their customer's needs without overdoing the process... is that I never left feeling hustled, which was how I felt at times in big-city service shops. Polo Sales & Service epitomizes the we-can-probably-fix-it attitude that resulted in great value, especially when compared to much bigger shops. In fact the only drawback here is the fact that farmers show up early and often, so the wait is at times longer than city shops that have bigger staffs and more lifts. Great people. 5 solid
