First of all when I called to inquire about price and such I was directed by staff to please stop in to see Derek so he could see the car and give the best advise possible about level of tint, exact pricing etc. When I arrived at the shop I found Derek on his hands and knees detailing a car, this guy cares so much about how well the job gets done, he actually gets his hands dirty and chips in himself. He told me he'd be doing my job himself and I immediately felt completely at ease. I was over the moon pleased with the job he did on the tint and it is clear to me that this guy cares about what people think of the job he does. One last note, I dropped off my car at 7:15am and Derek was already there, ready to tackle the day and I picked up my car well after 6pm and not only was Derek still there but so was his staff! I usually do the pressure washing by hand. You can pay with credit card for the wash, but the vending and vacuum is all cash. There is a machine for change. We'd never been to a car/truck wash quite like this. There must have been a monster pressure wash…read moremachine inside and several very nice workers had pressure hoses running all around the outside of the building. Customers just drove up, were directed to no particular place in the lot whereupon the workers just started pressure washing the vehicle. There was a mix of large tanker trucks, pickups and cars when we arrived. We waited about 1 minute and were directed to a spot where the man started applying soap with the pressure wand. Very thorough. Very. He then simply disappeared inside where he changed the system from soap to higher pressure. We had just put about a thousand miles on our pickup through some pretty ferocious bugs. They are dead by the way. Our white truck was nearly black on every front surface. They were careful around any vinyl decals and such but were meticulous in getting off all the hazardous detritus that would otherwise eat through the paint if left alone. No interior cleaning and no drying but for $11.50 Canadian the truck was really, really clean. It's worth your time to drive from the US to Canada just for this car wash. Cool.
