Was given a voucher by this artist last year, when tried to redeem it and get a tattoo for my Grandson, was told he get $200 an hour now! Give me a break, he's no where near that rate of good,could he be,yes but I think his life choices are affecting his tattooing! I got an "outline" for $150.00 and my Grandson got an okay but we will never use him again! read more
