I have had blinds fitted since, all was satisfactory and staff were polite and helpful. I just take great care to ensure that Steven is not involved. He was certainly the rudest and most ignorant person I have dealt with on any business matter. I do hope he has had training in customer relations since then. If it were not for him, I'd have awarded a 5 star rating.

A month and a half later, the fitter was due to arrive. This was then cancelled as he was ill and would arrive the week later. He duly arrived and fitted blinds, no problem. A day later one of them broke. Phoned Grampian Blinds and after a lot of sighing from the girl, she informed us the Estimator would arrive a week later. Grampian Blinds phoned at 09.30 on the day of his intended visit to inform us he was ill (there's a lot of it going about...) and would be coming a week later Bad mannered and very unhelpful. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY !!
