They do not stand behind their work and the owner, even after several requests to speak with him, would never return our call. After 3 visits, 1st service was in April, $1,000 worth of wasted Freon and service calls (added 3 times along with dye) which leaked within 48 hours, because they did not take the time to diagnose the leak, it's now July and we still have no air. Upon the 4th visit and finally a qualified technician a leak in the coil was detected. They did not come on Monday as they promised but showed up on Friday before 4th of July, and then there was no way to get a part until after the holiday. Several out of state relatives had to cancel their trips, and my son had to rent a trailer at the cost of $600! I could go on and on, bottom line part was never ordered and Charlie's message through office associate was they feel we should find another company, still not taking the time to speak with us himself as apparently the "big" job we were told he was on was his main concern and all customers are not important.

They said they were not responsible for that and it was not within our contract to seal where the old unit was. But they allowed their technician to go up after the fact seal where the old unit was. But when it came to taking responsibility for their mess up, it was a different story. We are taking legal action for their lack of responsibility for what their technicians did to our roof and the inside ceiling of our house. If they would've told us, hey we're not a roofing company. You should probably have your roof sealed we would have done it, but they didn't disclose that. Their customer service representative Leslie, not helpful. They're just trying to cover their tracks of their negligence of stealing our roof.

The tech told me it would be over 300.00 for the thermostat... I thought that was expensive but figured it was a special thermostat compatible with my HVAC unit... (I had tried a Nest and it wasn't compatible).. He said it would be 350.00 to install it... I thought that was extremely high but was trapped because I drove to Havasu for that appointment. IT TOOK HIM LESS THAN 20 MINS TO INSTALL IT. I later researched the thermostat which only cost 99.00 dollars at Home Depot and Amazon.... I paid the 630.00 because I expected the thermostat cost was 300.00 plus and that they would have to do major wiring to create a "Common" or 5th wire.. it was a simple job... when I called after finding out how inexpensive the job should have been.. they did nothing That job should have cost 1/2 the amount Who marks the product and labor 300 percent??? Never use these guys..
