He followed up when he said he would. Once hired, Stella from the office kept on top of payment gathering, etc during the whole duration of the project. Fast forward ~5 months, we have 2 beautiful new bathrooms! The whole team was really engaged in our project, they involved us in every decision, kept us updated with clear communication, everyone was so friendly and beyond talented. Our tile work is top notch (Sebastian came with us to pick out tile in NoHo @ Superior Tile, the shop was super friendly and easy to work with shout out to Jordan!), they took care of all the permit gathering with the city, the men who did the hard work were professional and kind. We even hired them to come back a few months later to install a water softener, a new roof and front windows in our house! We trust GAB and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for home upgrades in LA. After pics attached but if you're interested in the seeing the before, DM me!

Initially we hired him to paint our home and to replace a number of rotting fascia boards. He also helped me select a beautiful front door to update the look of our home, as well as replace an exterior side door and repainted and changed the hardware of our kitchen/garage fire door. When we had issues with some of the work done, Gabriel was right on it to make sure it was taken care of immediately. This type of attention is not always given with other people we've dealt with before. Gabe takes pride in his company to do an excellent job for his clients. After a month and a half since the job was completed, Gabe came over to assess the job, after we had a week of steady rain, to make sure we didn't have any other questions for him. We would definitely recommend him and his company to do a great job!

Plus, his quote was comprehensive and competitive. A few things I really appreciated: (1) Ari was in contact throughout the process. He kept everything on schedule. Even with some unforeseeable issues that needed to be addressed mid-project, the work was still completed on-time. He was able to provide recommendations (e.g., fixtures, appliances, tiles) when we asked for them, and he made helpful suggestions for additional improvements without being pushy. (2) His crew was great. Roberto and company knew their stuff. From framing to plumbing, electrical to cabinet & fixture installation (we had a lot of work done!), they did a top-notch job. And they were very friendly to have around. Ultimately, construction projects (even 250 sq ft ADUs) take a lot of time and investment, so it's important to have a team that you can trust to do quality work. And that's what we got with ESV. Although my budget was below his estimated project cost, he still generously shared valuable advice about what to look for when evaluating contractors and navigating the renovation process. A few weeks later, Khaled followed up to check on my progress. His timing could not have been better, as the contractor I had ultimately hired was not working out. The house had a very closed-off layout, and our goal was to open it up, improve the flow, and make it feel more connected and functional for everyday living. More importantly, they really listened. It never felt like we were being pushed into a one-size-fits-all solution. They took the time to understand what mattered to us and approached the project with a clear sense of intention. Throughout the process, communication was consistent and transparent, and we always felt like we were in good hands. They also handled important upgrades behind the scenes that gave us real peace of mind, not just the visual improvements. You can tell they care about doing things the right way.
