CONS: - The only thing I can think of is, there are really no well marked parking spots here? I kind of just pulled my vehicle up next to the huge propane tank. The employee said it was okay since it wasn't busy. FINAL THOUGHTS: - If you NEED to fill your PROPANE TANK, this is the place to go. I never heard back from one company and the other got me the quote about 2 weeks after I had asked for it. By then Forklift Nation had picked up our unit and returned it to us. Gina was great! She kept in touch and understood that I needed to gather other bids. She got me payment information and options. We will be using them for our next maintenance.

In addition, office lady quoted one thing and then billed higher given we had to replace battery but this was not the price that was calculated when the tech came out. He said since we aren't servicing an oil change, it would be less. But their office disagreed and told us a higher amount after. Regardless, miscommunication on pricing and no follow through on further radiator quote we were supposed to receive.

Forklifts are crucial to moving material in the recycling industry and you do not want a broken thermostat or worn out seal to delay progress. I called upon SCMH to ship parts to yards next day or for us to pick up same day and never had any issues. Backorders, on many parts they can have them in stock the next day which is a lifesaver in a busy industry which is not easy on machines. the guys who work at the counter were always great and helpful when we needed to identify parts.
