Case parts for Volvo Excavator and Other. This Vendor is the absolute worst in customer service. We buy our Equipment from them and they still want all the part numbers. 95% of the time, they do not contact us to update us on our parts or when they are ready to pick up. There has never been a delivery from this company. They take in hundreds of thousands of dollars from our company and still don't make any effort to assist with purchasing parts. If there were another dealer we could use, I would never call them again. read more

Yesterday at about 4:15PM Andy Beebe my former District Manager for Scott Equipment called me after leaving the company last Friday . And took over as service manager at PTI in Bryant Arkansas. Not to tell me he was sorry to see me go after almost 12 years with the company, but instead to accuse me of using my company credit card for personal use. Which was never the case. Then threatened me that he would not get me in trouble for it if I didn't come after their techs or bad mouth Scott Equipment to my customers. Very unprofessional!!!! read more

Only to have another bearing go out in under a week. The owner said..."we can't get good parts right now., they all come from China." Well that's not my problem. So he "repaired" it again. My son picked it up after repair #2 and drove it 15 miles to have something else taken care of on his boat and the repair shop called and asked if we knew the wheel was falling off. Not only was the "repair" work faulty TWICE, but this put my son as risk on the road. The second repair shop is redoing everything that was supposedly fixed the first time so now we get to pay double. Btw...the second shop has had no trouble getting good US made parts. Freaking crook. GO ELSEWHERE.
