I was hit by another driver with progressive insurance in March. It is now Labor Day weekend and the claim isn't resolved. The first error was created by claims agent Bill Maxon. At the time of the accident the police did not write a report stating the area was on traffic cameras. They gave me a card with information to give to progressive. I gave this info to Bill Maxon. For 6 months he just sat on it. I finally had to contact the police department myself. After spending an entire day without eating, I made calls between the police department and Progressive. It was established that Bill Maxon did not submit his request for the video correctly and never followed up. For 6 months he never bothered to check if he did it right. The police said they never received a request for a video for that date nor location. It was proven Bill Maxon and progressive screwed up because they could not provide the Lexus Nexis request ID, which they would have had if they submitted the request correctly. The police department deleted traffic footage after 30 days. Progressive assumed responsibility. Now they want to send someone out to "inspect" my car. Every time we have an appointment scheduled they don't arrive and try to come outside the scheduled appointment. Darren, Jim, and Andrew are completely incompetent at following a clock or a calendar. They don't return calls, they cannot communicate. Bill Maxon does not return phone calls. His supervisor Ty and James Dodson do not return messages. No one at Progressive will in anyway attempt to help me resolve this. Progressive is a joke and a nightmare. If they can afford to advertise they can afford to perform the basic functions of their jobs. Whatever they are getting paid at Progressive it is too much.

Time to find a place that actually cares and provides service to their customers and heaven knows there are many more options out there. All you get from this office is a text telling you that your bill is coming due but ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE.. Even when I expressed changes that I need to make.
