Gave them a picture of the outside of the build to make it easy to spot. They were very courteous and accommodating. The flowers were not exactly the same as on the website but that was to be expected and is noted on the site based on season and supply but the arrangement still looked good and I was happy with it but more importantly my lady was happy with them and very surprised.
