Over the phone, he was able to answer all of my queries and gave me a quick run-down of all the different services they provide and an accurate quote for an inspection on the house. He was also able to answer all of my "what-if" questions and ease my nerves by giving me a step-by-step on what to expect. Although my window for inspection was only 7 days, he was also able to squeeze me in for an inspection and got me my report within 3 days! I'm super grateful for that. What I didn't know is that Pillar Post no longer belongs to Dave Leopold, and is owned by some unknown person who I was never able to get a hold of. They were hired to inspect a very high end, luxury coastal home in Fairfield county, and not only did a poor job and came up with nothing but once many issues were found, post clothes, would not respond to me, or my clients. And this business I always want to give my clients 100% satisfaction, and ask that my vendors do the same. This company failed to be responsive or to rectify the situation at all. I will never recommend them again. Beware.
