I stop at this store on the regular due to its location and close proximity to my job. There is a lady by the name of Linda that works there. This morning I asked for my cigarettes in the 100's due to the fact that the shorts were the older packaging and I wanted fresher cigarettes. I know these are the older packaging for I have been smoking this brand for over ten years. The young lady in the back came out to swap them for me and agreed they were the older once which is why they are probably still on the shelf but Linda actually tried to argue me down that they are not the old ones they are the new ones. I asked her why she insists on arguing with me over them every time I ask for the new box and she told me I could just stop coming there if I don't like them. As a manager of a company of over 400 employees I was in awe over the entire scenario. This lady is always rude to people and argumentative and I've continued to look over it. Now it has gotten ridiculous. I would like for someone to review the video footage as well as audio and please get back with me. I discussed this situation with many colleagues today and they too have has similar issues with this lady. read more
