I called back within a week to the day of making the first phone call, and was told I was rejected for being "too young". I am also in my 30s. Not only was I not even remotely considered, I was spoken to very rudely, and never received a vocal rejection, nor by email. I should've went with my gut when I read the horrible reviews beforehand, but instead of I gave them the benefit of the doubt, because I was in desperate need of help. Do not consider this law firm. If that's how they handle business, then they obviously don't care. Do better.
