The process for doing a party was really easy and pricing is reasonable. SoccerCityokcity.com lists information on packages and I just called them at 405-748-3888. We rented the new field #4. It was the perfect size for a large group. Even small groups! Plenty of seating for spectators and an additional viewing area upstairs. Not a soccer fan? That's OKAY! (Well, personally that's not ok. It's the most popular sport in the world!!!!! What's wrong with you! ) We played a few mini games. Dodge ball and soccer. Field #4 is smaller than the other fields but was a great size for our party- about 20-30 kids. The birthday room was large enough to accommodate all the kids for cake. The staff was friendly and beyond helpful. Thanks Soccer City for making this a memorable birthday party and the fact I didn't have to clean my house after a party! I watch it, read about it, DVR shows about it, listen to podcasts about it, played it (awkwardly), and watch my son play and enjoy it. ISA has been there through the years as one of two options in the area for indoor soccer, but has been most convenient for many of those in the central and south side of the metro. The building has a bit of an odd layout because of the site it is on and the growth of adding a third full-size field and two mini-fields in the last six or so years. The aforementioned fields are well-marked and decently maintained. The spectators' areas, with two of the three being quite spacious (Ahem... Field #1), have received a new coat of paint. That's nice, but why only three stars? No, it's not the refereeing. Like most soccer leagues (indoor and outdoor, professional or amateur), officiating is going to be hit and miss depending on the individual, the time of day, or the alignment of the stars. My concern has always been about scheduling and the team skill groupings. Unlike other indoor establishments, there are no set nights for leagues. For example, my son's league has had games on all days of the week except Sunday, with gaps between games ranging from a few days to a week and a half. This makes family scheduling a little rough. As for skill level of leagues, I believe a little more care could be made in moving the more skillful teams up the league ladder to clean out the sand-bagging teams. I mean, the championship t-shirts are nice, but how good can it feel when you continually obliterate teams by 10+ goals a game? All in all, ISA is a place that provides a service I want; I just think a few tweaks could make it an even better business for its customers.

One of uniforms (jersey, shorts, socks) didn't make it in by the beginning their season. Was promised It would be late, but would make it here by end of Aug. That came and went with nothing.... The kids have had a tournament and multiple games in a practice jersey, b/c outfits still weren't in. It's now mid sept. 2018 and we are still missing the uniform! I called to check the status, b/c the kids have an out of state tournament this weekend and was told there would be no partial refund and that it was their supplier's fault, not their fault, so they can't be help responsible. WHAT???!!! Then the manager hung up on me!! Wow. I'll NEVER buy from them again. They are frauds! They still have our money also. It's aggravating.

The obviously don't have a process for this despite it being a service they offer. They wouldn't allow me to order over the phone and there are not any online options for ordering. I went in and was told they were "too busy" to deal with ordering jerseys. So, they were too busy to help a customer willing to spend hundreds of $$ with them. I will not be back. Also, the store is overpacked with inventory, unorganized and generally not easy to shop in.

When you walk in there is a store pickup kiosk that is the right kiosk to your right i even missed it and an associate noticed me and helped me get squared away. I never have any issues getting help here it seems to me like they're always very sufficiently staffed. We walked back to the shoes section to check out their shoes and two different associates approached us asking if we needed help. They have a great rewards program here and if you join their emails you'll be signed up for great flash sale emails that sometimes you just can't pass up prices that great.

I wanted one type of shoe but he said they didn't have it. I tried a different one and while he was out 5 minutes going to get them, another more capable kid pointed out that they had exactly what I was looking for. They didn't work so I selected another shoe. The guy disappeared and never came back! What a worthless department. I have never had a good customer service experience there so not going to waste their time anymore. When Amazon can beat an in store experience you know they have a problem.

The restrooms are clean, with plenty of stalls; but the hand dryer is so weak, it's way more efficient to shake your hands off and wipe them on your pants--my one complaint!
