About the dealership: it's probably the best Ducati/BMW dealership I've been to, and I've been to many. It's spacious, has lots of inventory, lots of super-high-quality accessories, and complete lines of Ducati, BMW, and Klim clothing. In short I'd recommend this dealership to any of my riding buddies.

Called the dealership, made an appointment assuming that they had to reset the light with their proprietary software. The day before my appointment they called and told me they sold my wheel speed sensor to another customer that did not have an appointment and was a walk in. They did not have another appointment until two weeks later. Show up early for the appointment two weeks later, they start working on my bike right away. Two hours later they are done. During the post repair inspection I noticed the front headlight cover was not fully installed. For $115 per hour shop rate and $200+ sensor I expect better quality and customer service. I'll ride further or trailer my bike next time I need service. Don't recommend.
