It was our pup's first time getting a grooming/trim, so naturally we were a bit nervous on how our pup would react. Previously, we had a poor experience with petco (for bathing) and noticed our pup would come home traumatized. However, Mayra's confidence and consideration helped ease our nerves. Our dog looks great with the grooming and it was evident she had a positive experience with Mayra too! I also want to say that going to Snazzy Pooch was a much more personable experience. For example, we got a "report card" after our appointment with a before/after picture of our pup. Sometimes it's the little things that make the experience more unique and gratifying. Needless to say, we look forward to continue bringing our pup to Snazzy Pooch!
